We consider it an honor and a privilege to have this esteemed group of executives
as advisors. The Board of Advisors is chaired by Henri-Claude Bailly, currently a partner of Resource Capital Group, a real estate development and management company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He also serves on the board of directors for Nextep SA, a French energy management services company, and the Alliance to Save Energy. Previously he was chairman of the board of directors of Hagler Bailly from the firm's founding in 1980 until it merged with PA Consulting in April 1999. Before establishing Hagler Bailly, Mr. Bailly was employed in successive positions from associate to managing director of Resource Planning Associates, an international energy, utilities, and environmental management consulting firm. In 1999, Mr. Bailly received the USEA/Johnson Control Energy Efficiency Award in special recognition for outstanding leadership in energy efficiency.
