Seabright Joins IRG Advisory Board

Washington, DC (August 2003) -- Jeff Seabright has been named the newest member of International Resources Group's Advisory Board. Mr. Seabright is a leading voice in energy and sustainable environmental development.

"Jeff's knowledge and experience are impressive and quite unique. He will be a great asset to our energy and environmental work," said IRG CEO Asif Shaikh. "We're delighted to welcome him to the IRG team."

As ChevronTexaco's principal advisor for corporate social responsibility, Mr. Seabright led enterprise-wide planning efforts on corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. He joined Texaco as vice president for policy planning, with overall responsibility for key areas of public policy and corporate governance. Prior to that he was the executive director of the White House Task Force on Climate Change and director of USAID's Office of Energy, Environment, and Technology. Currently
Mr. Seabright serves as the director of Green Strategies.

On the IRG Advisory Board, Mr. Seabright will work closely with Advisory Board Chairman, Henri-Claude Bailly, and will be actively engaged in helping the company shape its strategic directions. In addition, he will be involved directly in the implementation of major IRG energy and environment programs. "I have known and worked with Jeff for many years," said Mr. Bailly. "Most recently, I had the pleasure of co-chairing the International Working Group of the Energy Future Coalition with him.
He is effective, creative, and an outstanding professional. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him again at IRG."
