IRG and Tetra Tech Inc. joint venture wins $2 billion USAID contract

WASHINGTON, Oct. 13 2004, PRNewswire -- A joint venture of International Resources Group (IRG) and Tetra Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEK) was selected for a 2 billion dollar ceiling contract by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The Integrated Water and Coastal Resources Management contract is an indefinite quantity award with a five-year term. The IRG-Tetra Tech Joint Venture is one of five large business contractor teams that will share in the $2 billion aggregate ceiling over the term of the contract.

The IRG-Tetra Tech Team will provide technical assistance and engineering services for water and coastal management projects in developing countries around the world, coordinating with government agencies and other stakeholders in the countries where the work is being performed.
