Achieving these twin goals requires crosscutting interventions that uncover the origins of the problem, examine policy, health, education, and delivery systems, as well as provide assistance to help meet short-term or more obvious needs. IRG provides technical assistance to government and organizations to stimulate economic growth through economic and policy reform, good governance, private sector investment, sound environmental management, increased agricultural output, and strengthened institutions.
